In 2016 Warwick Doddrell invited me to write original songs for his graduation piece at the National Institute of Dramatic Art in Sydney: a musical adaptation of Ethel Pedley's 1899 children's book 'Dot & The Kangaroo'.

The production was a great success, and in the following years we continued to develop the show through several rounds of workshops. Including in 2018 being invited to work with the musical theatre students at the Victorian College of the Arts to present a reading for Eddie Perfect.
